3 People Working for an Unlicensed “Valet” Service Detained in Al-Sahl Neighborhood (Video)

The Greater Amman Municipality detained today 3 people working for an unlicensed valet parking service during a field campaign carried out in the Al-Sahl neighborhood near the Seventh Circle, in cooperation with the Public Security Directorate.

The campaign, which “Al-Taj” accompanied alongside the municipality’s personnel, was carried out to address the phenomenon of reserving public parking spaces for valet parking services. The necessary measures were taken against the detained individuals.

The campaign also included monitoring locations where public parking spaces are being reserved and removing the violations found there, with the aim of regulating their use and ensuring that they remain available to citizens and road users.

The campaign comes as part of the field monitoring activities carried out by the relevant authorities to follow up on public parking spaces and illegal valet parking services, regulate traffic, and preserve public facilities.
